Wrapping up "Involution (Adventures in an Ultimate Commonality)" a commission for the Latin School science facility. This is a new interpretation of Kees Boeke and Charles & Ray Eames historical projects "Cosmic View" and "Powers of Ten". Concurrently showing images of Italy at Casati Gallery.

Summer has been a good time for making new work while keeping it mostly local. The Castings series is currently up at Walnut Ink Gallery until Sept 25th; it is the realization of 6 seasons working with nature and time. Looking ahead to fall with my next shows at Chicago Cultural Center, Believe Inn, and Casati coming up soon!

I'm kicking off spring with three abstract photographic billboards in the Chicago area. As things come back to life these images are the first of a few actions intended to entice people in the public spaces throughout the year. New work is bubbling around in the studio. Cool collaborations are forthcoming. I feel inspired.
